Insurance and Damage
What does insurance include?
Fetch provides liability insurance that is secondary to your insurance. (You can think of it as "back up" insurance.) Fetch insurance provides bodily injury and property damage coverage with limits no higher than the state minimums. Often, this provides coverage of $25,000 bodily injury per person, $50,000 bodily injury maximum and $25,000 in property damage.
You are responsible for all damage or loss you cause during your rental with Fetch, and you agree to provide auto insurance covering you, Fetch and your vehicle. In the event of an accident, our goal is always to limit any damages or fees.
What is the damage deductible?
If your Fetch vehicle is damaged, and your insurance doesn't provide full coverage, you'll only be responsible for a damage deductible of up to $1,000 (plus any amounts beyond what is not covered by the provided Fetch insurance). If your vehicle is damaged, please immediately report this to Fetch.
If your vehicle is damaged by another party, and Fetch is able to recoup damage costs from the party at fault, you won't be responsible.
Our goal is to always limit your liability with any damage or accident that occurs. Drive safe!
